Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Patient Access Clerk to register patients on the PAS for outpatient episodes, validate patient information with the Summary Care Record, and issue current hospital numbers.

You will manage referrals, book and reschedule appointments, coordinate with clinics and secretaries, maintain templates in PAS, handle phone enquiries, and support the team to meet waiting time targets.
