We seek a confident, motivated and highly organised person to join our team in the capacity of Regional Manager, Riverina Quarries - Western Region for this full time role. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Regional Manager will perform a critical oversight role leading Quarry Managers and staff at a group of local sites based around Rankins Springs and Griffith, NSW.

Duties include

- Leadership of quarry operations to ensure safe, compliant, consistent and profitable outcomes
- Ensure extraction and processing operations are carried out to highest standard
- Manage all relevant health,



safety and environmental regulations
- Performance manage the production process to optimise quality and outputs
- Lead capital projects development to deliver next generation of fixed plant
- Progress team development, mentoring and continuous improvement

Criteria

- Quarry Managers certificate and Certificate IV in Surface Extraction (or equivalent)
- 15 years mining and/or extractive industries experience, with at least 5 years in management roles
- Robust leadership and project management skills
- Proven safety & environmental leadership ability
- Strong finance, analysis and reporting skills
- Solid level of technical understanding of quarrying systems
- Excellent communication, problem solving and influencing skills
- Skilled maturity, a positive attitude, good work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment
- Total commitment to work safety, quality and compliance
