RPR Trades is seeking a reliable Factory Operator / Assembly Worker to join a busy manufacturing team in Condell Park, NSW. This permanent, full-time role involves assembling products, operating machinery and cutting equipment, measuring materials to specification, and ensuring quality standards.

You will work in a fast-paced setting with a Monday–Friday day shift (7:00am–3:30pm) and opportunities to develop practical hands-on skills within a supportive team.
