The City of Ryde is seeking a Customer Service Officer - Waste to support the introduction of the FOGO service. You will be the first point of contact for residents, handling inquiries, processing requests and supporting waste and resource recovery programs.
You will engage with the community and work across channels to deliver timely, accurate information. You will collaborate with the Resource Recovery team, contribute to service improvements, and maintain accurate records.
