Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from prospective tenants
- Conduct open inspections and private appointments
- Complete tenancy application forms and condition reports
- Manage repairs and maintenance coordination
- Complete routine and final inspections
- Liaise with landlords and tenants
- Attend VCAT proceedings

Requirements

- Agent's Representative Certificate (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years' experience (for the experienced role)
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
- Knowledge of AgentBox, PropertyMe and IRE software
- Professional presentation and attitude
- Mentoring and ongoing training support
