Striproll Roofing Products Geelong have a requirement for a full time person with some experience in telephone sales enquiries, computer data input and general office clerical duties.
This position is best suited to a person gifted with a pleasant personality and an aptitude for attention to detail.
A full time permanent position will be offered after trial period.
Striproll Roofing Products manufacture Colorbond roofing & rainwater products sold and distributed throughout Victoria.
Job responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries by phone and email
- Preparing quotes and following up sales opportunities
- Taking and processing customer orders
- Building strong relationships with roofers, builders and trade customers
- Following up quotes and converting enquiries into sales
- Providing product information and advice to customers
- Liaising with production, suppliers and dispatch
- Ensuring orders are accurate
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
