This is a entry level job with wide-ranging role combining customer service, administration, sales support and pick & pack duties. You will work across different areas of the business, suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on, is quick to learn and wants to develop a broad range of skills within a growing business.

Key responsibilities

Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email

Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records

Assisting the sales team with general administration and customer follow-up

Picking, packing and checking customer orders for dispatch

Receiving, organizing and putting away incoming stock

Assisting with stock counts and general warehouse organization

Supporting the team with other day-to-day tasks and projects as required

About you

Reliable, organized and quick to learn

Friendly and confident when communicating with customers

Comfortable working across both office and warehouse environments

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks





Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office

Able to work independently as well as part of a small team

A practical thinker who can think outside the box and find solutions

Previous warehouse, pick & pack, dispatch or customer service experience is preferred

A friendly and supportive small-team environment

A varied role with a mix of office and hands-on work

Training across customer service, sales support, administration and warehouse operations

Exposure to retail display products, custom projects and product development
