Mount St Benedict College is a girls high school and a member of Good Samaritan Education with a community of ten schools across Australia. The College offers holistic Catholic education based on Good Samaritan Benedictine tradition and values including Pax, Hospitality and Stewardship.

The College is seeking a College Services Officer to join the Business Services team on a full time permanent basis. This is a term time only role (40 weeks per year). The position is responsible for ensuring College functions are delivered professionally, resources are managed efficiently, and staff and visitors experience exceptional service.

Applicants should hold formal qualifications in Event Management (or similar) or have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, solid interpersonal skills and experience in maintaining cooperative partnerships within the organisation.
- Skilled in managing competing deadlines.




- Experience working independently and within a team environment.
- Have a calm and positive approach in high pressure situations.
- Experience prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines.
- Advanced computer literacy and extensive experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid Certificate
