Vicinity Centres is seeking a Guest Experience Representative at Bankstown Central. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and providing expert local knowledge to ensure exceptional experiences.
You will also support centre operations, build robust retailer relationships, and contribute to reporting to enhance service standards. Availability on weekends is required, with occasional Thursday shifts as needed.
