Una Taringa is an Exceeding Service, it has 5 classrooms, providing care for 90 children. With excellent facilities, natural outdoor environments, and fresh meals prepared daily by our in-house chef, we create enriching environments for both children and educators.

We are looking for 2 Diploma qualified Lead Educators to start 27th December 2026.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Strong understanding of the NQF and EYLF
- Demonstrated knowledge of safe sleep practices
- Child Protection and Food Safety certifications, or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- Current Blue Card and First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- A genuine passion for nature-based early childhood education
