Talent Quarter is seeking a Facility Manager for a 40-bed Aged Care Residential home near Bayswater, VIC. You will oversee operations, support staff, and report to the Regional Manager to uphold high standards in the region.

The role requires tertiary qualifications in Health, Welfare, Nursing or Social Sciences, plus experience with accreditation, dementia care, and multidisciplinary teams. Travel and relocation assistance may be available.
