Cox Purtell is seeking an Insurance Disputes Specialist for a Tier 1 insurer, joining a specialist Complaints and Customer Resolution team. You will investigate complex disputes across Australia and Recent Zealand, interpret policy wordings, draft determinations and negotiate outcomes with customers and external bodies.
The role requires a legal background and insurance experience, with collaboration across claims, underwriting and legal. Temp contract from ASAP through end of February.
