Regional Construction Group is seeking a practical Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs to residential apartment blocks and communal areas across Liverpool and surrounding Merseyside sites.
You will diagnose faults, complete repairs across a range of trades, plan each visit, manage materials and keep job sheets and photographs up to date, while working safely in occupied buildings and leaving areas clean and tidy.
