We’re now looking for an experienced Licensed Customs Broker to step up as our Customs Supervisor. Here’s the best part: you don’t have to give up the work you love. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll still get stuck into complex clearances, while also leading, mentoring and shaping how our Customs team runs.

What you’ll be doing

- Hands‑on Customs Brokerage and complex clearances
- Providing technical guidance to the Customs team
- Coordinating priorities and workloads
- Supporting and mentoring team members
- Maintaining strong compliance and data integrity
- Helping resolve Customs issues and escalations
- Working closely with customers, Operations and Key Account Management
- Improving procedures, workflows and controls
- Identifying opportunities for better systems and automation

What you’ll bring

- Current Australian Customs Broker Licence
- Full DAFF accreditation
- Solid experience in Customs Brokerage and international freight forwarding
- The confidence to guide, support and lift others
- Ownership, robust communication and a curious, improvement-focused mindset
