Join the team at Wear Parts Australia (WPA), a growing Australian company specialising in high-quality Ground Engaging Tools for the mining, construction, quarrying and civil industries.

We're expanding, and we're looking for a Full time Customer Service and Sales Assistant who turns every call, email and walk-in into the kind of experience that makes customers choose WPA again.

No industry experience? No problem — we'll provide full training on our products, systems, and the industry.

What you'll be doing

Handling inbound and outbound customer calls as a key part of the role, including following up quotes and keeping customers updated

First point of contact for customer walk-ins and email enquiries

Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to order and delivery

Quoting and processing orders accurately

Booking freight and coordinating logistics and deliveries to get parts to customer sites on time





Working closely with a small, supportive sales and warehouse team to get it right, every time

We're looking for someone who:

Is confident on the phone and enjoys talking with customers

Takes ownership of every call, email and follow-up — no customer falls through the cracks on your watch

Willing to learn our products, systems and industry, with a supportive team behind you from day one
