Devonport Church of Christ seeks an Associate Minister to disciple and develop teenagers and young adults. You will build relationships, foster a culture of discipleship, and identify and release emerging leaders within a vibrant church community.

You will work closely with the Senior Pastor, growing in preaching, teaching, and pastoral leadership while guiding youth pathways into broader church participation and mission.
