This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and gain valuable hands-on experience in a busy, supportive radiology environment. Working alongside experienced radiographers, sonographers and radiologist, you will assist with the day-to-day operation of the imaging department while helping ensure patients receive a positive and comfortable experience.

Key responsibilities

Assisting radiographers and other clinical staff with daily imaging workflows.

Preparing patients and examination rooms for imaging procedures.

Assisting with patient positioning and transfers within your training and scope of practice.

Supporting patient care before, during and after examinations.

Maintaining clinical rooms, equipment and stock levels.

Assisting with infection control and cleaning protocols.

Supporting general clinical and administrative duties as required.

Working collaboratively with the wider team to maintain efficient patient flow.

For suitably qualified and registered radiographers, performing imaging examinations within their scope of practice.

About you

An interest in diagnostic imaging and patient care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A friendly, professional and compassionate approach to patients.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.





The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

A willingness to learn, take initiative and support other team members.

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Applicants undertaking radiographic examinations must hold the relevant AHPRA registration and radiation use authorisation.
