The NSW Ombudsman is seeking a Manager, Data Analytics in Sydney CBD with hybrid and flexible working options. You will lead the Data Analytics Unit, deliver analyses for complaints handling and executive decisions, and drive automation of KPI reporting. The role requires robust SQL, Power BI, people management, and cloud data platform experience.

Salary up to $202,453 plus superannuation and annual leave loading; 35-hour week with hybrid work arrangement and close to Town Hall station.
