DuluxGroup's Shepparton site is looking for a Production Manager to lead the shop floor through the next growth phase. You will oversee three Production Supervisors across a three‑shift operation and partner with a production admin team to drive performance.
You'll champion lean and continuous improvement with Maintenance and Quality, ensure GMP/HACCP/ISO compliance for major grocery customers, and manage labour, materials and costs while positioning the site for long‑term capability.
