Summary of the role:
Working closely with our Regional Sales Managers, you'll support customers across the sales journey, from quotations and pricing through to product enquiries, CRM management, sales analysis and ongoing account support.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing customer enquiries and relationships
- Preparing quotes and pricing proposals
- Supporting sales activities and customer meetings
- Provide product and technical support to customers (training will be provided)
- Analysing sales data and identifying growth opportunities
- Supporting product launches and promotions
What you should have:
- 2 - 4 years' experience in sales support, internal sales or customer service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- CRM experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
