The Role

The Coordinator Apprenticeship Office provides skilled support to the Associate Director Apprenticeship Office by facilitating educational, compliance and regulatory activities, in accordance with Part 7 of the Vocational Education and Training Act 1996 (the Act) and the associated Regulations, as well as the strategic directions of the Department of Training and Workforce Development. The Coordinator Apprenticeship Office provides effective leadership, direction and support to a team of officers who undertake a range of administrative,



educational and regulatory activities that supports stakeholders within the apprenticeship system to support quality training outcomes.

Suitability requirements

- Pre employment conditions – National Police Clearance
- Visa validity - To be appointed to a position at the Department, you need to be able to provide evidence of your right to work in Australia. Permanent appointments will require Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency or New Zealand Citizenship with unrestricted work rights. Fixed term appointments will require a valid working visa.
