Job Description

Water Infrastructure Services Pty Ltd Water Infrastructure Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced ADAS-certified Dive Supervisor to join our team in a permanent, full-time position. Based from our Burpengary depot, this mobile role involves supervising commercial diving activities on water infrastructure and reservoir projects across South-East Queensland, including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Lockyer Valley and Toowoomba. You will coordinate dive teams, site activities and subcontractors, supporting safe and efficient project delivery while maintaining water quality and meeting project requirements.

Supportive team environment with a strong focus on safety and teamwork. Task & responsibilities Coordinate and supervise dive sites, staff and subcontractors. Ensure personnel comply with health, safety, environment and quality policies and procedures.

Ensure diving operations comply with AS 2299.1 and applicable diving requirements. Maintain water quality standards and appropriate underwater cleaning practices. Coordinate personnel, equipment and subcontractor resources.

Assist project managers with planning work activities, methods and procedures. Allocate tasks to dive personnel in accordance with job cards and project requirements.



Check that relevant permits and compliance documentation are completed before work starts.

Conduct regular inspections of dive sites and works. Comply with confined space, working at heights and diving permit requirements. Travel between the Burpengary depot and project sites as required.

Qualification & experience Minimum ADAS Part 2 or Part 3 Commercial Diver qualification.

Relevant commercial diving experience and the ability to lead and coordinate dive teams. Construction Induction White Card, or willingness to obtain. Working at Heights certification obtained within the past two years, or ability to obtain before commencing employment.

Confined Space certification obtained within the past two years, or ability to obtain before commencing employment. Current oxygen provider certification. Current dive medical.

Current First Aid and CPR certification. Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail, initiative and a strong commitment to safe work practices.
