School Cleaners – casual pool. Work as part of the team maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the school in a child safe environment dedicated to fostering a welcoming and healthy atmosphere that supports learning and growth.

Key responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the school
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, classrooms, offices, and common areas
- Replenish supplies in toilets and other areas as needed
- Properly dispose of garbage and recycling
- Close up and lock premises daily
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the school administration
- Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols

About you

- Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness




- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving cleaning equipment
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Essential - Clear current Working With Children check (Employee)
- Salary based on award
- Hours of work – only weekdays afternoon/evening
