RMC Solar & Electrical is seeking a talented and dedicated Electrician to join our dynamic team based in Landsborough with work primarily from Noosa to Caloundra shire and surrounding areas. We are a forward-thinking family electrical business established on the Sunshine Coast in 2019, focused on delivering quality service in residential and commercial settings.

Key responsibilities

- Work autonomously on electrical installations in residential, commercial and industrial settings
- Install Solar and Batteries
- Perform switchboard upgrades
- Ensure safety compliance including RCD, emergency exit and test and tag procedures
- Communicate with clients to discuss their electrical needs and provide solutions
- Keep records of work performed, time sheets and materials used in job planning software
- Troubleshoot by identifying problems and coming up with solutions to resolve
- Work on and in roof spaces

About you

- 2 or more years post-apprenticeship experience preferred but not essential
- Solar and Battery Accreditation highly regarded not essential, we will train the right candidate
- Experience in various electrical fields, primarily residential with some commercial
- Be able to obtain a blue card (working with children)
- Working at Heights certification preferred but not essential

- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships
- Able to troubleshoot calmly under pressure and maintain a friendly demeanor
