Established in 2002, Air Restore is a leading privately owned HVAC hygiene, decontamination and restoration company based in Brisbane, part of the Opira Group. We work across healthcare, laboratory, pharmaceutical, commercial, industrial, aged care and government sites.

About the role

We need a Team Leader to run an HVAC Hygiene technician team on site. You will be hands-on, but you will also own the job: leading the crew, checking the quality of the work, looking after the customer and being accountable for the outcome from start to handover.

What you'll be doing

- Leading and coaching a team of technicians on site
- Taking ownership of each project through to customer handover
- Being the customer's main on-site contact and resolving issues quickly
- Checking work against scope, specification and Australian Standards before sign-off
- Running pre-starts and toolbox talks and keeping the team secure and compliant
- Completing accurate job reports, checklists and photo records on time
- Managing equipment, materials and vehicles, and flagging issues early

What you'll bring

- Experience leading or supervising a field-based team (HVAC, building services, cleaning or trades)




- Exceptional attention to detail and a habit of checking your work
- A track record of taking responsibility and fixing problems when they arise
- Confident, professional communication with customers and site representatives
- Sound WHS knowledge and hand and power tool experience
- Current driver licence and White Card
- Availability for day and night shifts, and ability to meet healthcare site entry requirements (including vaccination)

Nice to have

- HVAC hygiene or duct cleaning experience
- AIRAH / NADCA, EWP or working at heights tickets
- SimPro or similar job management systems
