The role
Reporting to the CEO, you'll lead Operations, Quality and Product, with the Supply Chain team reporting to you. This is a hands‑on role: you'll be on the floor running a safe, efficient operation that gets orders out on time and to standard, and finding smarter ways to run it as we grow.
It's a big remit with a real seat at the leadership table, and plenty of room to back your judgement.
You’ll bring
Hands‑on senior operations leadership, with oversight of supply chain, in distribution,
import or manufacturing
A sense of urgency and a reputation for getting results, without ever compromising on safety
A solid understanding of offshore sourcing and import supply chains, and the ability to lead a team that builds strong, respectful supplier partnerships
A growth mindset that's always looking for a better way and isn't afraid to change course
Honesty and transparency, and you own the outcome, good or bad
