Riverside in Liverpool is hiring a Commercial Property Advisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our North West commercial portfolio. You will act as the first point of contact for tenants, caretakers, contractors and agents, ensuring timely rents, charges, notices and deposits with a customer-focused, qualified approach.
You will support the Commercial Property Manager in marketing, negotiating rents and property transactions, while ensuring compliance with landlord/freeholder
