Gilgandra Shire Council is seeking a Strategy & Performance Manager to join the Organisational Performance team!

- Permanent full time 35 hours week
- Weekly pay cycle
- Salary range $2371.40 - $2845.09 per week
- Rostered day off every fortnight - an extra 22 days off a year!

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is responsible for driving strategic planning, governance,and performance initiatives across the organisation. Thisrole ensures alignment with the Community Strategic Plan (CSP), DeliveryProgram (DP), and Operational Plan (OP), while overseeing vendor management,customer service performance, digital transformation projects, and thesuccessful delivery of ICT initiatives.

ABOUT YOU

Council is looking for someone who has the following qualities, experience and/or qualifications:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Public Administration, ICT, or arelated discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in strategy development, ICT vendor management,project oversight, and corporate governance.
- Proven ability to manage high-value projects and budgets
- High level experience in project governance, change management, andcustomer service improvement
- Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Current driver licence
