Paediatric Physiotherapist, Ashfield (Inner West)
Full time or part‑time ($95,000 to $110,000)
Full Potential Paediatrics is a private paediatric physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy practice. Our therapists see children in our vibrant, spacious Ashfield clinic, as well as in the community at home, school or pool for aquatic therapy. Our caseload covers a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurodevelopmental conditions, including cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, Angelman syndrome, DDH, talipes, torticollis and plagiocephaly.
We’re looking for an experienced physiotherapist who wants a varied paediatric caseload and the time to do the work properly.
What you’ll do
Assess and treat babies and children one‑on‑one and in small groups, in clinic and in the community, including aquatic therapy
Build and review treatment plans with families and carers
Work alongside our OT team on shared clients
What we offer
$95,000-$110,000 based on experience
A brand new, purpose‑fitted clinic in Ashfield
Paid PD budget of $500 per year, funding for Level 1 DMI
Regular case review and mentoring with a senior paediatric clinician
Admin support, so your time goes to clients, not paperwork
Flexible hours; compressed work week option
Paid travel time and km reimbursement for community visits
About you
Registered physiotherapist with AHPRA
Paediatric experience required.
You communicate clearly with parents and carers and can build trust with children quickly
Current driver’s licence and car for home visits
