Why Join Balance and Bloom?

We are not your traditional allied health clinic.

At Balance and Bloom, we believe in looking beyond individual symptoms to understand how the brain, body and nervous system work together.

Our approach combines neurological rehabilitation, movement-based therapies, sensory integration and multidisciplinary care to help our patients develop the skills they need for everyday life.

As a Therapy Assistant, you will have the opportunity to observe and contribute to a wide range of treatment approaches while developing a deeper understanding of paediatric neurodevelopment.

We are looking for someone who wants more than just a casual job — someone who is excited to learn, takes initiative, enjoys working with children and wants to make a genuine difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
