Join a team where your contribution is visible, valued and connected to business success.Your roleReporting into the Workforce Manager, you will support workforce scheduling and resource planning across field operations. Your work will help balance demand, maintain service levels and improve the day-to-day experience for employees and leaders.This is a part-time role (up to 19 hours per week), with shifts rostered between 8:00am and 9:30pm across a seven-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.Coordinate rosters and schedules across multiple field locationsMonitor staffing levels and resolve resourcing gaps quicklyPartner with leaders to align staffing with demand forecastsReview schedules and optimise job sequencing when neededDispatch manual work and support day-to-day workforce changesMaintain compliance with enterprise agreements and obligationsYour winning edgeYou are organised, adaptable and enjoy solving problems in a fast-moving environment.
