We're building a Kingdom education movement that equips families, develops purpose and raises the next generation of disciples.As our community grows across Australia, we're looking for educators to join our team.The OpportunityWe are seeking Faith-Centred Educators to lead live, small-group online classes as independent contractors.Remote, part-time contractor positionHourly pay of A$50–75 per hour, depending on the number and size of the classes you teachClasses currently run across Years K–10 in small groupsTeaching days and times are set once classes are confirmed and scheduledMore teaching hours become available as enrolments growThe lessons are already designed and prepared for you. Rather than spending hours writing curriculum, you'll focus on what matters most: building relationships, mentoring students and leading engaging live sessions that encourage discussion, inquiry, collaboration and biblical thinking.What You'll DoLead live online classes using our prepared curriculum and teacher guidesGuide students through project-based, inquiry-driven learningTeach through our Responsive Discipleship LearningTM (RDL) approachEncourage participation, curiosity and critical thinkingBuild meaningful relationships with students and familiesHelp students grow in confidence,
