This full-time, in office role coordinates end-to-end delivery across two franchises, Yutong Bus and IVECO Truck.From order placement through to customer handover, this role's primary goal is to ensure that every vehicle is delivered in a timely, compliant and professional manner that meets customer expectations.About us: VDI WAoperate both the Perth IVECO dealership and Yutong Bus Centre WA, providing industry-leading sales, service, and parts support for Yutong Bus and IVECO Truck.Working closely with Sales, Aftersales, Finance,



suppliers and customers, you'll be responsible for:Manage end-to-end delivery, from order placement to customer handover, such as managing any delays or changes to schedules, vehicle pre-delivery inspections, and complete vehicle registrations.Accurate record keeping for orders, vehicles, and customers, raise repair and purchase orders, and raise vehicles invoices.Communication with customers and internal teams on milestones or delivery dates, escalates any customer or compliance issues, and problem solve solutions.
