All bookings are managed through the Turo platform, and you'll be a key part of ensuring our vehicles and guests are looked after to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning vehicles to a high standard (interior & exterior)Handing cars over to guests and completing check-ins & check-outsCommunicating with guests via the Turo app, work phone, and computerDelivering vehicles to Melbourne Airport and providing a shuttle serviceCompleting premium deliveries to specific guest locationsCompleting a daily return log accuratelyKeeping the warehouse tidy and organisedCommunicating with the team via a WhatsApp group chatAssisting with our on-site car wash business when requiredCommunication Is KeyYou'll be dealing directly with customers, so:Strong English (spoken and written)
