As a Ministry Coordinator, you will work across our School & Holiday Camping events, providing support to our Fieldworkers, Camp Team Leaders and volunteers. You will network with local school decision-makers, children's and youth ministers/pastors, churches and local Christian communities to connect them with SU Australia programs. In this role, your focus will be on coordinating school and holiday camping programs to maintain, strengthen and grow SU's collaboration with local schools and churches.This position is full-time (5 days per week) and will be based in the Perth office.What we offer5 weeks annual leaveClose knit team environment2 devotion days a year, annual prayer retreatOur ideal candidate will haveExperience working within a Christian setting, other not-for-profit organisation, or outdoor education environment;Experience in designing and delivering school camps and holiday programs for children and youth;Demonstrated success in initiating and maintaining stakeholder relationships.The closing date for this position is Tuesday, 10 November 2026.
