Sensiba LLP seeks a Senior Client Success Specialist in Australia to own a portfolio of GRC clients across APAC/EMEA. You will drive client retention, engagement, and renewal revenue while coordinating with Delivery, Audit and Sales teams to improve service outcomes.

You will onboard recent clients, guide audit readiness for SOC 2, HIPAA and GDPR, and optimize CRM workflows in Salesforce and HubSpot. A strong communicator with process-improvement passion is essential.
