The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner to join a large-scale business transformation program focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;).

This is a hands‑on role where you'll work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and external delivery partners to understand business needs, identify process improvements and translate requirements into practical solutions.

You'll play a key role in bridging the gap between business and technology, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and aligned with broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Support business process improvement across finance, procurement and warehousing functions.
- Translate business needs into explicit, actionable requirements for technical and implementation teams.
- Identify gaps, assess solution feasibility and recommend practical approaches.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology.




- Work closely with external implementation partners to support successful delivery.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, priorities and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders and project sponsors.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager within complex transformation programs.
- Strong functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;).
- Experience across finance, procurement and/or warehousing modules.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, analyse business processes and develop functional documentation.
- Experience working with external vendors and implementation partners.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
- A pragmatic, hands‑on approach with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
- A collaborative, personable style and the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
