UPA is seeking casual Personal Care Workers in NSW to support residents with daily living, mobility, and compassionate, person-centred care. You will be directly employed, receive a proper induction, and work with familiar residents and teams.

Shifts are adaptable and may include mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends. Ongoing support and potential progression to permanent roles are offered where available.
