Poulos Bros Seafoods in Pyrmont, NSW is seeking a fish scaler/fillet to join our team. The role is offered as either part-time (4am–10am, Mon–Fri) or full-time (4am–1pm, Mon–Fri plus Saturday morning). You will scale, clean and prepare a range of seafood to meet quality standards.
