Cooper McCullough Group (CMG) is hiring Final Trim Operators for Dozer, Excavator and Grader roles across Central Queensland. You will deliver precise final trim works, interpret plans and use GPS machine control to meet design tolerances on busy infrastructure and earthworks projects.

The role emphasises safety, quality workmanship and teamwork, with the prospect for ongoing employment and rostered shifts (7/7 or 10/4 where applicable) across Central Queensland.
