The Digital Testing Officer role is responsible for ensuring that a range of NAATI online tests are delivered in a high quality, organised and stress-free manner for candidates.

About you

Demonstrated experience in customer service roles

Solid multitasking and organisational abilities

Well-developed oral and written communication skills

Proven ability for attention to detail and accuracy

Effective problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems

Positive attitude and team collaboration
