Wellways Australia is hiring Youth Care Workers to support young people in out-of-home care across Mackay. You will provide trauma-informed, culturally secure care and help young people build life skills, routines and pathways for healing.
The role requires a relevant qualification (SCHADS Level 3 pay rate for completion), ability to form trusting relationships, and willingness to do sleepovers and shift work.
