We’re looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our stores from mid‑October through to the end of January.

When completing your application, you’ll be asked to select your top 3 preferred store locations – so you can choose what works best for you & we will do our best to accommodate your number one preference however it will be based on business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Seasonal Casual, you’ll help create memorable in‑store experiences for our customers:

- Support Customers – Provide a friendly in‑store experience, help customers find products, and connect them with team members when needed
- Keep Things Flowing – Replenish stock, assist with deliveries, maintain store presentation, and help prepare customer orders
- Follow Safety & Compliance – Work safely, follow store policies, and report any risks or hazards
- Be Flexible – Work across weekdays, evenings, and weekends during the festive rush

Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career?

- A passion for animals and providing the best customer service
- Experience in a similar retail environment
- Equine, Rural and Hobby Farm experience
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target
- Robust interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team
- Physically fit, with ability to lift products up to 20kgs
- Flexibility and ability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays
