Endeavour Group's Castle Hill Tavern is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy hospitality team and ensure the pub runs smoothly, safely, and with a outstanding vibe.

You’ll work hands-on with lifting and stocking, supervise front-of-house and bar staff, and step up when the Publican is away. RSA and RC Gas compliance are required.

This role offers a base salary of $80,000 plus super, a bonus scheme, and group discounts across Endeavour Group brands.
