We’re gearing up for our busiest time of year at Alchemy and are looking for friendly, energetic and reliable people to join our Front of House teams across our North and South venues!
We’re planning a group recruitment event in early November and would love to hear from anyone interested in joining us for the summer season.
What’s involved?
As a Front of House team member, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our customers while helping keep our venues running smoothly. This includes:
- Welcoming and checking in customers, managing bookings and answering enquiries.
- Maintaining exceptional venue presentation, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Supporting daily venue operations and ensuring customers have a secure, enjoyable experience.
- Working collaboratively with your team during our busiest trading periods.
Our Christmas casual positions will commence in early December and run through to 28 February 2027.
To be considered,
you’ll need to meet the following availability requirements:
- 7 December – 17 January: A minimum of 80% availability across this period, including weekdays and weekends.
- 21 December – 3 January: Full availability is essential throughout our peak Christmas and New Year trading period, including public holidays.
- Flexibility: Willingness to pick up additional shifts at short notice when required.
- Until 28 February: Availability to continue working casual shifts through to the end of the summer contract.
Full availability doesn’t mean you’ll be rostered every day, but you must be available to work if required.

At this stage, we’re simply gauging interest to help us plan our upcoming group recruitment event. Further details about the recruitment process will follow.
