Rescom Joinery Solutions is seeking an organised, hands-on Store Manager to take ownership of receiving, dispatch and hardware control at our joinery manufacturing facility in Helensvale.

This role will suit someone who takes pride in keeping a well-run store, maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring our factory and installation teams have the materials they need on time.

Key responsibilities

Receive and check incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery dockets.

Identify and report shortages, incorrect items or damaged goods promptly.

Take control of all hardware coming into and leaving the stores area, recording quantities received, issued and returned.

Allocate and prepare hardware for individual projects, factory production and installation teams.

Organise dispatch, checking orders are complete, clearly labelled and supported by the correct paperwork.

Monitor stock levels and work closely with our Purchasing Manager to arrange replenishment and prevent shortages.

Carry out regular stocktakes and investigate stock discrepancies.

Maintain a clean, safe and organised stores area,



with clearly labelled storage locations.

Coordinate with purchasing, production, logistics and project teams to meet delivery requirements.

Establish and maintain transparent procedures so stock movements are recorded and hardware is accounted for.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in stores management, warehousing or inventory control.

Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.

A proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership of the stores function.

Good computer skills and experience maintaining stock records.

Clear communication and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Joinery or cabinetmaking hardware knowledge would be highly regarded.

A current forklift licence would be advantageous.
