Paraplanner / Administration

Onsite – Lismore

About the Role

This position provides paraplanning and administrative support, including but not limited to:

- Preparation of advice documents
- Implementation of advice
- Preparing documentation and portfolio reports for client reviews and meetings
- Client file and database management
- Managing correspondence to and from clients
- Liaising with product providers, including Centrelink, to obtain required information

About You

The successful applicant will demonstrate:





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Skills & Experience

Preferred

- Previous experience in a similar role within a financial planning business
- Experience using Xplan software
- Experience with Microsoft Teams

Essential

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
