Are you an experienced Civil Labourer with a civil construction or infrastructure background looking for a stable Local Government chance?
Complete Staff Solutions is seeking an experienced Civil Labourer to join a Council Infrastructure Services team in the Hornsby area.
This is a genuine labourer position – you'll be working hands‑on with the crew across road, footpath, drainage and civil maintenance works.
What you'll be doing
- Road and footpath construction and repairs
- Asphalt and concreting works
- Drainage maintenance and clearing
- Formwork and general civil construction
- Using power tools and civil equipment
- General labouring and supporting the civil crew as required
What you'll need
- Current drivers licence
- Previous civil construction, roadworks or infrastructure experience
- White Card
- Experience with concreting, asphalt, drainage and/or road maintenance highly regarded
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Reliable, safety-focused and willing to work as part of a hands‑on crew
- Front End Loader ticket highly regarded
What's on offer?
- $40.16 per hour + Super
- 6:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Option for a 9-day fortnight
- No weekend work
