Workfast is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator to join our Melbourne team on a casual basis, with the opportunity to go full time in early 2027.
You will onboard workers to Workfast’s recruitment system, drop PPE at sites, screen resumes and qualifications, interview candidates, perform reference checks, arrange medicals and inductions, and ensure compliance before site attendance across major civil and infrastructure projects in Victoria.
