We’re looking for a hands‑on Store Manager to lead our Clennett’s Mitre 10 Hobart store. You'll be responsible for building a strong team, delivering great customer service and driving store performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
- - Lead, coach and develop a team across retail and trade operations
- - Build a positive culture centred on customer service and accountability
- - Drive sales and identify opportunities to increase local store traffic
- - Manage store performance, including profit and loss, wages and costs
- - Oversee inventory, stock availability and overall store presentation
- - Maintain safe, effective operations across the store and drive‑through trade area
You’re Likely a Match If You Have
- - Retail leadership experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or 2IC
- - Strong people leadership skills and confidence developing a diverse team
- - A genuine passion for customer service and building community relationships
- - Commercial experience across sales, inventory and financial performance
- - Strong communication skills and a practical, hands‑on leadership style
- - Experience in hardware, trade or home improvement retail is advantageous
